No person shall damage, injure, deface, remove, cut or change
any of the trees, plants, shrubs, turf, building structures or fixtures
located within any public park area of the Borough.
No person shall remove any property from any of the public park
areas within the Borough.
No conduct shall be permitted within any public park area within
the Borough which causes annoyance to any other person, nor shall
obscene language be used, nor shall conduct of any immoral or indecent
nature be permitted.
No person shall sell, or set up any booth, table or stand for
the sale of, any article within the limits of any park areas within
the Borough without the consent of Borough Council.
No person shall dispose of any waste or garbage or trash in
the public park areas of the Borough, except in a receptacle designated
for such purpose.
No person shall injure, deface, destroy or damage any notice,
rule or regulation posted anyplace within the public park areas of
the Borough, nor shall any person post any notice or placard other
than an official sign or notice posted within the public park areas
of the Borough, without the consent of Borough Council.

No person shall bring any alcoholic beverages or any drugs into
any public park area of the Borough, nor shall any person use or possess
the same within the public park areas of the Borough with the exception
of alcohol use permitted in Waterworks Parks per the following:
A. Alcohol may be consumed by any person engaged or participating in
an event licensed by either the Borough of Collegeville or the Borough
of Trappe to be located entirely within Waterworks Park.
B. A license may be issued by the Borough Manager of Trappe to permit
the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages within Waterworks
Park at specific times, at specific events hosted by or endorsed by
the Borough of Trappe. The license may only be issued upon payment
of a fee, which shall be established from time to time by resolution
of the Borough Council of the Borough of Trappe and submission of
an application to the Borough Manager of the Borough of Trappe. Said
application shall include:
(1) Name, address and telephone number of the individual, partnership
or corporation or other entity requesting the license.
(2) The Borough event or Borough sponsored event for which the license
is requested.
(3) The specific date and time for which the application is made.
(4) Any other information as may be required by the manager of the Borough
of Trappe.
(5) In the event that any of the information on the application is misrepresented
or in the event that any type of disturbance is caused in the public
area at the event for which the license has been issued, the license
may be revoked by the Borough of Trappe.
(6) Proof of insurance for the event and the amount as required by the
Manager of the Borough of Trappe, naming the Borough of Trappe and
the Borough of Collegeville as additional insured.
(7) Proof of PLCB license that allows the sale of alcohol off premises.
(8) Proof that all servers of alcohol will be RAMP certified.
(9) Provide a hold harmless/indemnification agreement, indemnifying the
Borough of Trappe and the Borough of Collegeville for any claims that
may arise from the sale of alcohol at Waterworks Park.

All applications must be submitted to the Borough for review,
at least 30 days prior to the proposed event.
No person, other than officers of the law, shall discharge any
firearms or discharge any other weapons within the limits of any public
park area within the Borough, nor shall any person engage in hunting
within any public park area within the Borough.
Minibikes, motorbikes, go-carts, snowmobiles, recreational vehicles
or any other like vehicle propelled by a gasoline internal combustion
engine or propelled by any other kind of fuel are expressly prohibited
in any public park area in the Borough, without the consent of Borough
Council.
Overnight parking or camping shall be prohibited in any public
park area of the Borough, without permission of Borough Council.
Any and all pets shall be properly restrained in any public
park area of the Borough. Solid dog waste shall be picked up and disposed
of in a trash receptacle.
All public park areas of the Borough are opened from dawn to
dusk.
Vehicles may be parked in designated areas only. Parking or
driving vehicles on pedestrian trails is prohibited, without permission
of Borough Council.
Littering, vandalism, disorderly conduct and loitering are prohibited
and will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law in
any public park area of the Borough.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall, upon
conviction thereof by a Magisterial District Judge within the magisterial
district of the Borough of Trappe, pay a fine not to exceed $600.
