The County Board of McLean County, Illinois,
has implemented a merit system and hereby creates a McLean County
Sheriff's Office Merit Commission pursuant to the provisions of 55
ILCS 5/3-8001 et seq.
The Merit Commission shall consist of five members appointed
by the Sheriff with the approval of a majority of the members of the
County Board in accordance with 55 ILCS 5/3-8003.
