It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to trap, shoot or take in any manner wild birds, wild game or other wild animals of any kind within the Village of Coxsackie, with any gun, pistol, snare, trap or any device whatsoever.

Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
