In addition to the general goals listed elsewhere in this chapter,
it is the purpose of this district to provide for uses that are not
inherently compatible with residential or retail commercial uses but
that are desirable to broaden employment opportunities and add to
the economic stability of the Township. As such, uses common to both
industrial and limited industrial areas are to be allowed. Such uses
are to be located as far from residential uses as reasonably possible.

A building may be erected or used, and a lot may be used or occupied, for any one of the following purposes and no other, except as otherwise provided in §
370-58 of this chapter:
B. Commercial solar power facilities pursuant to the provisions of §
370-138.
C. Electric substation, telephone central office, other public utility pursuant to the provisions of §
370-167.
D. Any use, other than a billboard, permitted as a special exception in §
370-92 or
370-103 is permitted by special exception.

E. Any use, other than a day-care center, permitted as a conditional use in §
370-92 or
370-103 is permitted by conditional use.

For uses allowed by right or by special exception in §
370-92 herein, the regulations of §
370-93 herein shall apply. For uses allowed by right or by special exception in §
370-103 herein, the regulations of §
370-104 herein shall apply.
Screening shall be provided pursuant to the provisions of Article
XX which are applicable to the proposed use.
