No policeman shall, in the course of his employment, exercise
any authority as a police officer of the Village of Green Island,
New York, beyond the boundaries of the Village of Green Island, New
York, except:
A. When following in hot pursuit of a person or persons who have committed
a crime, offense or violation within the limits of the Village of
Green Island, New York.
B. When specifically authorized by the Mayor of the Village of Green
Island, New York, to undertake the particular duty which will require
the police officer to operate beyond the territorial limits, provided
that authority so exercised is directly or incidentally related to
the authority so granted to such policeman.
The work period for the Village of Green Island policemen shall
be set at 128 hours per each twenty-one-day work period.
