The following rates are adopted:
A. 
Residential: Service Classification No. 1.
(1) 
Customer charge: $1.55.
(2) 
Energy charge, per kilowatt-hour: $0.05550.
(3) 
Minimum charge: $1.55.
B. 
Commercial, nondemand: Service Classification No. 2A.
(1) 
Customer charge: $1.25.
(2) 
Energy charge, per kilowatt-hour: $0.05160.
(3) 
Minimum charge: $1.25.
C. 
Commercial, demand: Service Classification No. 2.
(1) 
Demand charge, per kilowatt: $1.71.
(2) 
Energy charge, per kilowatt: $0.04620.
(3) 
Minimum charge is the demand charge: $1.71.
These rates shall become effective upon the approval of the New York Power Authority at its meeting to be held August 29, 1988. The rates will be effective for the November 1988 billing based on October 1988 usage.
