[Adopted 6-11-1986 by L.L. No. 1-1986]
The term of office of the elected Town Superintendent of Highways
of the Town of Schaghticoke hereafter elected is hereby changed from
two years to four years.
This Article shall become effective only if approved at the
general election to be held in November 1986 by the affirmative vote
of a majority of the qualified electors of the Town of Schaghticoke
voting upon a mandatory referendum in the above matter and as prescribed
by law.[1]
