There is hereby established in the Town of Schaghticoke a Code
Enforcement Officer for the administration and enforcement of the
provisions of all laws, ordinances, resolutions, regulations and orders
applicable to junk, junk cars, junkyards, mobile homes, dumps and
dumping and such other matters as the Town Board may determine by
resolution or otherwise from time to time.
The Code Enforcement Officer and such deputies as the Town Board
may deem necessary shall be appointed by the Town Board and shall
serve at the pleasure of the Board at a compensation to be fixed by
the Town Board.
