No individual shall deliver either concrete or premixed concrete
in the Township without certifying to the Township the compressive
strength of such concrete at the end of 28 days, when tested under
the current procedure set up by the American Society for Testing Materials.
Such certification shall be by means of an endorsement on duplicate
delivery tickets mailed or delivered to the Township Clerk's office
within 48 hours of the time of delivery of the concrete.

No individual shall deliver either concrete or premixed concrete
in the Township unless his plant and facilities meet with the requirements
of the State Department of Transportation.

All individuals complying with the requirements of this article
shall be given a certificate indicating they are an approved source
of supply, which certificate may be revoked by the Township Manager
upon failure to comply with such requirements, and after notice and
hearing.
