Article I Town Clerk

[Adopted 11-14-1989 by L.L. No. 5-1990]

§ 14-1 Term of office.

The term of office for the position of the Town Clerk of the Town of Colden shall be four years.

§ 14-2 When effective.

This Article shall become effective upon approval at a mandatory referendum by the electors of the Town of Colden.[1]
