[Adopted 8-1-1995]
All Town residents will be required to use biodegradable containers
when depositing leaves, grass clippings and other organic matter for
Town refuse pickup.
Any residents failing to properly comply, and after being given
an initial warning by the appropriate Town official, will be separately
charged for the cost of disposing of said refuse or, at the Town's
option, will not be afforded trash pickup, effective October 1, 1995.
