Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§
158-35), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§
158-36), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§
158-37), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule IV (§
158-38), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule V (§
158-39), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§
158-40), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
The intersections described in Schedule VII (§
158-41), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.

A. A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of nine tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in Schedule VIII (§
158-42).
B. All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total
gross weight in excess of nine tons are hereby excluded from all streets
except those streets listed in Schedule VIII.
C. Exemptions.
(1) This section shall not apply to:
(a)
Vehicles owned by the Town of Waterford, the Water Commissioners
of the Town of Waterford, the County of Saratoga or the State of New
York.
(b)
Fire, ambulance, rescue or emergency vehicles.
(c)
Vehicles used for garbage, refuse or trash collection when operating
under contract with or by authority of a governmental body.
(d)
Vehicles making deliveries of fuel.
(f)
Vehicles making deliveries or pickups to structures within the Town used for residential, commercial or industrial purposes, provided that any such trucks shall either be encompassed within a waiver granted by the Town Board under Subsection
C(2) of this section or have a permit authorizing such deliveries and/or pickups, granted under rules adopted by the Town Board pursuant to §
158-3 of this chapter.
(g)
Vehicles using Town highways for access to or egress from structures
lawfully used to garage trucks on/or prior to the effective date of
this chapter.
(2) Waivers. The prohibitions in this section may, in part or in whole,
be waived by the Town Board, either on its own motion or upon application
to it, upon fulfilling such conditions and safeguards for the protection
of highways and traffic safety, if any, as may be imposed by the Town
Board.

A. The following roads, with the exception of the exemptions set forth
below, shall not be utilized by motor vehicles having a total gross
weight in excess of five tons: Orchard Lane, Timber Drive, Copperfield
Drive, Birch Glen, Linda Lane, Victor Drive, Mark Mall, Devitt Road
South, and Davis Avenue.
B. Exemptions. The aforementioned prohibition shall not apply to:
(1)
Vehicles owned by the Town of Waterford, the Water Commissioners
of the Town of Waterford or the County of Saratoga.
(2)
Fire, ambulance, rescue, or emergency vehicles.
(3)
Vehicles used for garbage, refuse or trash collection when operating
under contract with or by authority of a governmental body.
(4)
Vehicles making deliveries for fuel; vehicles making deliveries
to the Waterford Rural Cemetery.
(6)
Vehicles making deliveries or pickups to structures within the town used for residential, commercial, or industrial purposes, provided that any such trucks shall either be encompassed within a waiver granted by the Town Board under Subsection
B of this section or have a permit authorizing such deliveries and/or pickups, granted under rules adopted by the Town Board pursuant to §
