This chapter is enacted pursuant to the provisions of Article
9-A of General Municipal Law for games of chance.
A.
The purpose of this chapter is to provide organizations authorization
to conduct games of chance within the Town of Colton. No license will
be required said conduct said games in the Town of Colton. Games of
chance are to be conducted in accordance with Article 9-A of General
Municipal Law of the State of New York, along with the rules and regulations
of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board.
B.
Conduct of games of chance on Sundays is authorized except as otherwise
provided in Article 9-A of General Municipal Law.
Games of chance must be conducted in accordance with the provisions,
requirements and limitations of Article 9-A, § 189 of General
Municipal Law, the rules and regulations of the New York State Racing
and Wagering Board.
