This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Traffic
Regulations Law of the Incorporated Village of Roslyn, New York."
Pursuant to the provisions of § 1603(a) of the Vehicle
and Traffic Law, power is hereby delegated to the Mayor to exercise,
by official order, rule or regulation, the following powers granted
to the Board of Trustees in Article 39 of the Vehicle and Traffic
Law, subject to the limitations imposed by §§ 1643
and 1684 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law and not inconsistent with
any regulations heretofore or hereafter enacted:
A. Provide for the installation, operation, maintenance, policing and
supervision of parking meters.
B. Provide for regulations for the use, maintenance, operation and establishment
of fees for municipal parking fields.
Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained and operated
at the designated intersections as follows:
A. Pre-timed traffic control signals consisting of:
(1) Two traffic signal faces visible on each approach of the intersection.
(2) Pedestrian push button actuators at all crosswalks.

B. Pre-timed traffic control signals consisting of:
(1) Two traffic signal faces visible on each approach of the intersection.
(2) Left-hand turn arrows on each signal face.
(3) Pedestrian actuators on each crosswalk.
