Pursuant to Article 39, §§ 1640, 1640-a, 1641,
1643 and 1644, of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, the Board of Trustees
is hereby authorized to enact traffic regulations by resolution for
any and all of the purposes enumerated in said sections of the Vehicle
and Traffic Law.
