[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Raritan 11-29-1963 (Ch. 11 of the 1966 Code). Amendments noted where applicable.]
Games of chance are authorized to be conducted, in accordance
with the terms of the "Bingo Licensing Law,"[1] within the Borough of Raritan on the first day of each
week, commonly known as "Sunday," by a licensee granted a license
for such day by the Borough Council of the Borough of Raritan.

No license issued by the Borough Council of the Borough of Raritan
shall permit games of chance to be conducted by a licensee on the
first day of the week, commonly known as "Sunday," except between
the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., prevailing time.
