meanings indicated:
EMERGENCY
Fire, flood, or other catastrophe by which residential dwellings
in the City are rendered temporarily uninhabitable.
EMERGENCY HOUSING
Mobile homes or house trailers which contain adequate plumbing,
heating, and electrical facilities as determined by the Chief Inspector.

as it deems appropriate.
Should the permittee fail or refuse to abide by any of the conditions
imposed by the Chief Inspector or the Council, the Chief Inspector
may revoke said permit after affording the permittee a reasonable
opportunity to correct said violation.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500

offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a
violation occurs or continues.
