The Village of Nissequogue shall impose such fees and charges
as it deems appropriate for the filing of applications, the conducting
of inspections and the granting of permits under the Code, as well
as matters before the Building Department, Planning Board, Architectural
Review Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals and with respect to the
Village's Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. Such fees
and charges shall be established on a schedule to be adopted from
time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees. A current schedule
of such fees shall be maintained by the Village Clerk.
