Upon completion of all requirements set forth in the action
approving the subdivision plat, the plat shall be properly signed
by the appropriate officer of the Planning Board and shall be filed
in the office of the County Clerk. Any subdivision plat not so filed
within 90 days, or such other period as is permitted by law, of the
date of the Planning Board signature shall become null and void.

Six copies of every filed subdivision plat, showing the endorsement
of the County Clerk, shall be obtained and transmitted to the Village
Clerk within 30 days of the date of filing for distribution to the
Planning Board, Village Engineer, Building Inspector, Fire Department
and the Police Department.
