No persons, companies or businesses shall store any explosives, mainly black powder, in excess of five pounds, without the written consent of the Board of Selectmen.

Any person violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense plus $10 a day for every day in violation.

No person, corporation or other entity shall store any explosive, such as and including dynamite, any explosive compound of which nitroglycerin forms a part, fulminate, in bulk or dry condition, blasting caps, detonating fuses, black powder or other similar explosives, excepting herefrom black powder used in sporting rifles, without first obtaining a license therefor from the Board of Selectmen as provided by RSA 158:9-b.
Violations of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 for each offense plus $10 for every day in violation.
