Persons who enter the County-owned public buildings, including, but not limited to, the Nursing Center, County highway building, and the Courthouse, for the purpose of conducting business shall, in an expeditious manner, proceed to the office, offices or courtroom in which they are to conduct their business, transact that business, and should exit the building immediately upon the conclusion of their business.
No nonemployee of a County-owned public building may remain in there once their public business is conducted.
Those accompanying anyone conducting his public business should accompany him to the office or offices where such business will be conducted and shall leave immediately with him at the conclusion of his public business.
No person or persons shall congregate or loiter or remain in the common area of a public building owned by the County for any purpose prior to or subsequent to engaging in the official business to be transacted in the public building.
No persons are to remain in public buildings nor use common stairwells as congregating or sitting areas, nor shall any person or persons congregate or remain at or inside the entrance way of the building for any purpose.
