All persons in the County who are certified in food sanitation
and who are working in a food establishment shall have mandatory food
sanitation training as provided by state code and as adopted by reference
therefrom.
The health authority may order any food handler to attend a
food handler certification training course when, in the judgment of
the health authority, the work habits of said food handler constitute
a hazard to public health.
