No motor truck or tractor-trailer in excess of 25 feet in length
shall be parked or left standing on any street of this City for any
purpose except the expeditious loading and unloading of freight or
merchandise except for an emergency or when otherwise directed by
a police officer.

within the central traffic district between certain designated hours.
