There shall be a Parking Authority consisting of five members
appointed by the Council. All appointments shall be for a term of
five years. The members shall serve until their respective successors
are appointed and qualify.
The Authority shall have and perform all of the powers and duties
prescribed by the Optional Municipal Charter Law, general law and
ordinance.
