The Village of Sloan hereby adopts the alternate veterans tax
exemption authorized by § 458-a of the Real Property Tax
Law.
The home value cap for veterans tax exemption shall be $120,000,
and the maximum exemption allowable for war veterans [§ 458-a2(a)]
shall be $18,000; for combat veterans [§ 458-a2(b)] shall
be $12,000; for disabled veterans [§ 458-a2(c)] shall be
$60,000.
