Traffic control signals shall be installed and operated at the intersection of those streets described in Schedule I (§ 432-44), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established at 30 miles per hour, except that the speed limit for vehicles proceeding on or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule II (§ 432-45) shall be as indicated in said schedule.
No person shall drive a vehicle at a speed in excess of that indicated in Schedule III (§ 432-46), in the areas described in said Schedule III, during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 432-47), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a U-turn on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule V (§ 432-48), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule VI (§ 432-49), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall make a right turn when facing a steady red signal (stop indication) at any of the locations described in Schedule VII (§ 432-50), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule VIII (§ 432-51), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
A. 
The intersections described in Schedule IX (§ 432-52), attached to and made a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections. Yield signs shall be installed as provided therein.
B. 
Pedestrian crossings.
(1) 
The Board of Trustees may order pedestrian crosswalks to be marked at any location it deems proper for the public safety.
(2) 
No pedestrian shall cross any street at a location which has a marked crosswalk pursuant to this section except within such marked crosswalk.
A. 
A truck route system upon which all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are permitted to travel and operate shall be as set forth in Schedule X (§ 432-53).
B. 
All trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations having a total gross weight in excess of five tons are hereby excluded from all streets except those streets listed in Schedule X, except that this exclusion shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the street from which such vehicles and combinations are excluded.
C. 
Trucks shall use a direct route into and out of the Village to and from their point of delivery.
