Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 39:5A-1, the areas described
below are hereby designated as prohibited parking, handicapped parking,
and stop intersections. Appropriate signs shall be installed by L2P2
Investments as directed by the Chief of Police or his or her designee.
A. Prohibited parking. No person shall park a vehicle except in areas
as indicated on the sketch attached to and made a part of this chapter.
Vehicles shall park between the painted lines.
B. Handicapped parking. No person shall park a vehicle in any area signed
as handicapped parking spaces as indicated on the sketch attached
to and made a part of this chapter. Vehicles shall park between the
painted lines.
C. Stop intersection. The following described intersection is hereby
designated as a stop intersection: Meadow Avenue and the southerly
driveway of the Wharton Mall. A stop sign shall be installed on the
southerly driveway of the Wharton Mall, as indicated on the sketch
attached to and made a part of this chapter.
A representative of the Overlook Village Homeowners Association
has filed a written consent with the Borough of Wharton requesting
that the provisions of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes
of New Jersey be made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets,
driveways and parking lots at Overlook Village located in the County
of Morris, and the following regulations shall be enforceable:
A. Regulations.
(1) General parking.
(a)
All vehicles must park in designated areas and between the lines
provided.
(b)
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle upon any of the streets
or parts of streets described below, except in areas covered by other
parking restrictions.

(4) Tow-away zones. Any vehicle parked or standing that obstructs or
impedes a normal flow of traffic, blocks entrances or exitways, loading
zones, oil fills, any grassy area or pedestrian walkway, or presents
in any way a safety or traffic hazard may be removed by towing the
vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
B. Signage. All signs, posts or other necessary materials be installed
and paid for and maintained by the applicant. All signing shall conform
to the current Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 39:4-198 and 39:4-183.27.
C. Penalty. Unless another penalty is expressly provided for by New
Jersey Statute, every person convicted of a violation of this section
or any supplement thereto shall be liable to a penalty of not more
than $100 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 15 days, or both.

A representative of 10 North Main Street (CHA) has filed a written
consent with the Borough of Wharton requesting that the provisions
of Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey be
made applicable to the semipublic roads, streets, driveways and parking
lots at 10 North Main Street located in the County of Morris, and
the following regulations shall be enforceable:
A. Regulations.
