It shall be unlawful for a person under the age of 16 years
to be upon the streets, highways, roads, alleys, etc., of the Township
of Robinson between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. EST, unless
accompanied by his parent, guardian or some other person standing
in loco parentis.
Persons under the age mentioned in §
125-1 shall not be in violation of this chapter if going to or from a place of employment, returning from a school, church or community function, or in case of emergency or for any other reasonable cause which necessitates such person being upon the streets during the restricted hours, without undue loitering.
It shall be unlawful for any person, parent, guardian or person standing in loco parentis to allow his child or ward under the age of 16 years to be upon the streets, highways, roads, alleys, etc. of the Township of Robinson between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. EST, unless accompanied by persons or for reasons stated in §
125-2.
The curfew warning shall be sounded at 9:00 p.m. EST, where
possible, by the fire sirens or by any other sounding devices.

Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding
$600 and costs or, in default of payment thereof, shall be subject
to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a
violation of this chapter continues shall constitute a separate offense.
