Each lot shall have a minimum of 50 feet of frontage at the right-of-way on a public street, as defined by this chapter, which is constructed in accordance with the design standards of Article
VIII and Chapter
245 of the Code of the Township, unless an exception or modification of those requirements is granted in accordance with the provisions of Article
IX of this chapter.

A. Sidewalks shall be required to be installed along the entire frontage
of all public and private streets under the following circumstances:
(1) In all land developments and subdivisions, as defined in §
250-5 of this chapter.
(2) Construction of any principal building within an existing lot or
parcel where sidewalks exist in the same block and on the same side
of the street.
B. All required sidewalks shall be installed in accordance with the design standards of Chapter
245, Streets and Sidewalks, §§
245-25 and
245-26.
C. All requests for waivers of the requirements of this section shall
be first submitted to the Township Planning Commission for recommendation
to the Township's Board of Commissioners for final action.
The developer shall install traffic control signs and/or street
name signs approved by the Township at all street intersections. The
cost of the street signs and posts shall be assumed by the developer.
Street signs shall be installed in accordance with the Township standards.
