A parking study shall be submitted indicating the employees
to be parking on site, other vehicles to be parked on site, projections
of vehicles to be visiting the site, and hours of operation. The parking
study shall make reference to other published and accepted standards
on parking demand or shall be based upon actual on-site surveys of
other facilities and uses similar to the use proposed.
