The parking of motor vehicles, or other items of equipment required to be licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or the placing of obstructions, is prohibited on those portions of the public ways situate within the Borough of Derry and listed in § 405-32 of this article during the times defined in § 405-33 of this article.
Parking is prohibited, during those times set forth in § 405-33 of this article, on those portions of the public ways situate in the Borough of Derry as follows:

Parking on those portions of the public way situate in the Borough of Derry and listed in § 405-32 hereof is prohibited during the following times:
A. 
From one-half-hour after snow has accumulated to a depth of two inches or more on the public ways listed in § 405-32 of this article until snowfall has ceased and the accumulated snow on the said public way has been plowed to a depth of less than two inches.
B. 
If, however, a snowfall commences after 9:00 p.m., prevailing local time, then parking on those public ways listed in § 405-32 of this article is not prohibited until 8:00 a.m., prevailing time on the following day.
Any person, or persons, natural or corporate, who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $50 for each and every violation thereof.
