The parking of motor vehicles, or other items of equipment required to be licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or the placing of obstructions, is prohibited on those portions of the public ways situate within the Borough of Derry and listed in § 405-32 of this article during the times defined in § 405-33 of this article.

Parking is prohibited, during those times set forth in § 405-33 of this article, on those portions of the public ways situate in the Borough of Derry as follows:

Any person, or persons, natural or corporate, who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined $50 for each and every violation thereof.
