[Adopted 7-18-1989 by Res. No. 219-89]
This Board of Supervisors hereby adopts a policy authorizing
municipal construction of sidewalks within the County-owned rights-of-way,
provided that each such municipality accepts all liability from the
construction or use of such sidewalks and further meets any other
criteria established by the Commissioner of Public Works with the
advice of the Public Works Committee.
