The pay classification plan for all employees of the Borough
of Pottstown is hereby approved and adopted. The pay classification
plan shall be established and conducted in accordance with the pay
classification plan regulations; the management position classification
and grade and step pay schedule for salaried employees is contained
in § 602 as set forth below.
