1. It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or park a pedalcycle
on the sidewalk along the following portions of the streets in the
Borough:

2. Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 plus costs and, on a
second or subsequent conviction, a fine not to exceed $50 and costs.
3. Police officers, while on duty, may ride bicycles on the sidewalks.

1. It shall be unlawful for any person to ride on a sled upon any sidewalk in the Borough, or upon any roadway unless that roadway is on a portion of a street blocked off for sledding by authority of § 105 of Part
1 or § 216 of Part
2 of this Chapter. Provided: nothing in this subsection shall prevent a pedestrian from pulling a sled, with or without a rider, upon a sidewalk.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in roller-skating,
roller-blading, skateboarding or riding upon or propelling any coaster
or other toy vehicle upon:
A. Any street except in order to cross the roadway.
B. Any sidewalk located in a business district and the sidewalk located
on the west side of North Hanover Street between Fourth Street and
Farmington Avenue, except that nothing in this subsection shall prevent
a pedestrian from pulling a coaster or other toy vehicle, with or
without a rider, upon a sidewalk.
3. Any person who violates any provision of this Section shall, upon
conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $25 and costs and, on a
second or subsequent conviction, a fine not to exceed $50 and costs.
