The workplace violence policy as set forth in the written circular dated September 2006 is hereby adopted as the Bridgeville Borough Workplace Violence Policy by reference thereto as though set forth in detail herein.[1]

Said policy shall be posted in a conspicuous place to inform all workers of the content thereof.

The Borough Manager may revise the policy from time to time after consultation with the Council members and/or the Police Chief noting the revision date on the posted circular.

If any sentence, clause or part of the stated policy is found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid for any reason, such finding shall not affect or impair any of the remaining policy provisions.

The posted policy shall be deemed to be the policy in effect.
