A document marked and designated as the "BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, Ninth Edition, 1993," as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., be and hereby is adopted by reference as the Fire Prevention Code of the Borough of Bridgeville for the control of buildings, structures and premises as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said BOCA National Fire Prevention Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this Part, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in § 302 of this Part.

Any reference to "local jurisdiction" or "municipality" in the subject code shall mean the Borough of Bridgeville.
2. 
The Borough shall, by resolution, establish a code of regulations to complement and provide specific details where necessary to implement the administration and enforcement of the within Code. Further, such regulations shall supersede any conflicting provisions now set forth in § F105 and wherever such regulations are in conflict with any provision of the within Code such regulations shall prevail.

The limits referred to in § F-3003.2 of the BOCA National Fire Prevention Code, 1993, in which the storage of explosive materials is prohibited, are set forth in the accompanying regulations.

Nothing in this Part or in the Fire Prevention Code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any lawsuit or proceeding impending in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred or any cause or causes of action acquired or existing, under any act or ordinance hereby repealed as cited in § 305 of this Part; nor shall any just or legal right or remedy of any character be lost, impaired or affected by this Part.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
