It shall be unlawful for any person to consume any alcoholic
beverage or beverages upon any of the public streets, avenues, alleys,
sidewalks, public areas, parks or in any vehicles upon any of the
public streets, avenues, alleys, public areas or parks within the
Town limits of Princess Anne.
It shall be unlawful for any person to possess in an open container
any alcoholic beverage on any public street, highway, alley, sidewalk,
parking lot, park, public area or in any vehicles upon any of the
public streets, avenues, alleys and parking lots, within the Town
limits of Princess Anne.
Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 108-22 and 108-23 of this chapter, upon application, the Chief of Police, Town Manager and Town Commissioners of Princess Anne may permit the public possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages at municipal-sponsored events on public property and parking lots subject to such restrictions and conditions which the Chief of Police, Town Manager and Town Commissioners may impose.
