The developer shall, at the time of filing a
submission, pay the following nonrefundable fees to the Borough of
Carteret by certified check or bank money order. Proposals involving
more than one use shall pay a fee equal to the sum of the fee for
each element.

Fees for site plans shall be as follows:
A. Each sketch plat or revision: $25.
B. Preliminary site plan:
(1) Residential: $10 per unit.
(2) Commercial/industrial: $10 per acre or $10 per 1,000
square feet of gross floor area, whichever is greater.
C. Final site plan: $50 for each site plan submission.
D. Performance guaranties, inspection fees and maintenance guaranties shall be in addition to these filing fees and shall be as outlined in Article
XI.

to the respective board prior to a meeting being scheduled. The fees
