As authorized by RSA 675:2, this chapter shall be adopted and
amended by a majority vote of any legal Town Meeting when such amendment
is published in the warrant calling for the meeting, and when such
amendment has received at least one public hearing notice of which
has been duly given at least 10 calendar days before said hearing,
not including the day the notice is posted and the day of said hearing,
in the manner provided by RSA 675:7.
