A.
The Township Engineer or the Township assignee shall inspect all
phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management/BMP
facilities with all cost being the responsibility of the applicant.
B.
During any stage of the work, if the Township Engineer determines
that the permanent stormwater management facilities are not being
installed in accordance with this chapter, the Township shall revoke
any existing permits until the field conditions are brought into conformity
with the approved drainage plan or a revised drainage plan is submitted
and approved, as specified in this chapter.
