The maximum weight of load on any vehicle on any street in the
City of Nanticoke is hereby limited to five tons, excepting such vehicles
as are making local delivery in the City of Nanticoke.

Any person who shall operate a vehicle on any City street in
violation of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced
to pay a fine of not less than $250, but not more than $1,000, plus
the costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and
costs, to imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed five days.[1]
