A.
Commencing with the biennial Town election to be held by the Town
of Barkhamsted on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November
2001, the Town officials elected at each biennial election shall be
elected for terms of office commencing on January 1 next ensuing after
the date of each biennial election.
B.
All elected and appointed terms ending June 30, 2001, shall be extended
to December 31, 2001, and all terms ending June 30 in future years
shall end December 31 that same year.
