[Adopted as Art. II of Ch. 58 of the 1967 Code]
Any person shall not collect garbage from any home or building
within the City of Glens Falls without the consent of either the occupant
of the home or building from which said garbage is collected or the
consent of the person or corporation which has contracted with the
City of Glens Falls for the collection of garbage within the City
of Glens Falls.

Any violation of any of the provisions of this article shall,
upon conviction thereof, subject the offending party to a a fine not
to exceed $250 or to imprisonment for a term not to exceed 15 days,
or both, for each offense.
