City of Glens Falls, NY Chapter 160 Police Radios in Vehicles

§ 160-1 Authorization for permit issuance.

The Common Council hereby designates the Glens Falls City Clerk as the person authorized to issue permits to people with radio receiving sets capable of receiving signals on frequencies allocated for police use in their vehicles.

§ 160-2 Approval by Police Chief.

The City Clerk shall check with the Chief of Police prior to issuing said permit.

§ 160-3 Yearly registration.

This registration shall be required on a yearly basis.
