In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10 and 40:55D-17 of the Municipal Land Use Law, any decision of the Land Use Board regarding its action upon an application for development and any decision of the Township Council regarding its action upon an appeal shall be given notice in the following manner:
A. Within 10 days of the date of its adoption, a copy of the decision shall be mailed by the appropriate Township authority to the applicant or appellant or, if represented, then to his or her attorney, without separate charge. A copy of the decision also shall be mailed within 10 days to any interested party who has requested it and who has paid the fee indicated in § 190-901A of this chapter.
B. A brief notice of every decision by the Land Use Board or Township Council, as the case may be, shall be published in an official newspaper of the Township. Such publications shall be arranged by the Secretary of the Land Use Board or the Township Clerk, as the case may be, with the cost of such publication to be charged to the applicant's escrow account. The cost for the notice shall be charged to the applicant's escrow account.
C. A copy of the decision also shall be filed in the office of the Administrative Officer, who shall make a copy of such filed decision available to any interested party upon payment of the fee as indicated in § 190-901A of this chapter.
