A. 
The Municipal Engineer or his municipal assignee shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities.
B. 
During any stage of the work, if the Municipal Engineer determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan, the Municipal Engineer shall notify the contractor and developer of the deviation from the approved stormwater management plan.
C. 
The contractor shall immediately notify the Municipal Engineer if, during any stage of the work, the contractor determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities cannot be installed in accordance with the approved stormwater management plan. In such case, the developer will be responsible for preparing plans and calculations, for municipal approval, detailing any required changes. The developer will also be responsible for obtaining any revised or new permits that may be required. Any delays or additional expenses caused by plan revisions will solely be the responsibility of the applicant/developer. The applicant/developer will be responsible for any additional cost incurred by the municipality, including but not limited to review and inspection fees.
