The Town does hereby create a tobacco-free, no-smoking zone at the property owned by the Town known as the West Ghent Recreation Center, located on Columbia County Route 22 in the Hamlet of West Ghent,
The Town does hereby create a tobacco-free, no-smoking zone at the property owned by the Town known as the Ghent Recreation Center, located at Water Street and Maple Avenue in the Town of Ghent,
The Town will proceed to provide the appropriate signage and post same at each recreation area set forth herein, designating each of these recreation areas as tobacco-free zones.
