An applicant for any permit for any of the various uses and activities provided for in Chapter
153, Article
II, Fire Prevention Code, shall, at the time of application, pay to the proper officer of the Township for the use of the Township a fee in accordance with the following schedule:
A. Initial
inspection.
(1) The
following fee shall be applied based on the calculated square footage
of the occupancy:
(a) 0 to 2,500 square feet: $100.
(b) 2,501 to 5,000 square feet: $140.
(c) 5,001 to 9,999 square feet: $180.
(d) 10,000 to 29,999 square feet: $240.
(e) 30,000 to 49,999 square feet: $280.
(f) 50,000 to 99,999 square feet: $425.
(g) 100,000 or greater square feet: $575.
(2) Occupancies
over two stories in height add $100 per level. Prices include follow-up
inspection.
B. Reinspection
fees.
(1) Second
reinspection: $100.
(2) Third
reinspection: $250.
(3) Fourth
reinspection: $500.
C. Reports.
(1) Fire
response report: $50.
(2) Fire
origin and cause investigation report: $100.
