Before the issuance of a permit, the applicant shall pay to the Township a fee of $15 per property for any construction of curbs, sidewalks, and/or aprons. The permit shall be valid for a period of 90 days from its date of issuance.
Before the issuance of a permit, the applicant shall make payment to the Township of the sums hereinafter mentioned. The permit fee shall not be considered in lieu of annual license fees or charges for the restoration of open streets or sidewalks.
A. 
The permit for the erection of a pole or poles shall be $1. The permit shall be in force for the period of 90 days from the date.
B. 
For the erection, setting or planting of any pole, in addition to the permit, the sum of $2 for each pole, except, in case of renewals, the application must be made but no permit fee shall be charged.
C. 
A license charge of $0.25 per pole per annum shall be and hereby is assessed on all poles erected within any public highway, road, street, avenue or alley in the Township of Upper Moreland.

The permit fee for opening and excavation of any street, highway, road, avenue or alley shall be $25 minimum for any opening 20 square feet and smaller (whether improved or unimproved surface) and shall be $2 for each additional 10 square feet or fraction thereof.
